Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain how reservations, payments and travel services offered by Booking Inca Jungle are handled.

Last updated

July 23, 2026

Please read these Terms before making a reservation. Tour-specific details shown on the tour page, quotation or booking confirmation form part of your agreement. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always remain in effect.

Section 01

Acceptance and scope

By using this website, requesting a quotation or completing a booking, you acknowledge these Terms. If you book for other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their information and accept the booking conditions on their behalf.

These Terms apply to tours and travel services sold directly through this website or confirmed by our team. A tour page, written quotation or confirmation may include additional conditions specific to the selected service.

Section 02

Bookings and confirmation

Availability may depend on entrance tickets, transport, accommodation, guides and other limited services. Sending a request does not by itself reserve a place.

A booking is confirmed when the required payment has been successfully received and we issue a booking confirmation or receipt. Please review the traveler names, travel date, selected service and contact information as soon as you receive it.

Section 03

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the tour page, quotation or checkout. The total presented before payment reflects the selected service and number of travelers. Any optional service not listed as included is charged separately only with your agreement.

Online payments may be processed by PayPal or another identified payment provider. The provider applies its own security and account procedures. We do not receive or store your full payment card credentials through the website checkout.

If a payment is duplicated, incomplete or associated with an incorrect amount, contact us promptly with the booking reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Section 04

Traveler information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate names, identification details, dates of birth, contact details and other information requested for the service. Names should match the travel documents that will be used during the trip.

Tell us promptly if any detail changes. Suppliers or authorities may charge a fee, require a new ticket or refuse a change when information is corrected after confirmation.

Section 05

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Requests to change or cancel a booking must be sent through our contact channels and are effective once acknowledged by our team. The applicable conditions depend on the selected tour, notice period and restrictions imposed by ticket, transport, accommodation or other suppliers.

Before payment, review the cancellation and change conditions shown on the tour page, quotation or booking confirmation. When a refund is due, the amount, method and expected processing time will be communicated after the services and supplier charges have been verified.

Nothing in this section removes refund, replacement or other remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Section 06

Itineraries and operations

Travel in Peru can be affected by weather, road or trail conditions, altitude, public restrictions, strikes, transport schedules, site capacity and safety considerations. Reasonable adjustments may be made when needed to operate the service safely and responsibly.

If a material part of the confirmed service changes, we will communicate the situation and the available alternative, rescheduling or remedy as soon as reasonably possible, taking the applicable law and supplier conditions into account.

Section 07

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and any entry or health requirements applicable to their nationality and itinerary. They must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and follow reasonable safety instructions from guides, operators and authorities.

Please consider the altitude, walking distance and activity level described for the tour. Inform us before booking about mobility needs, allergies or health considerations that may affect participation. Travel insurance appropriate for the planned activities is strongly recommended.

Section 08

Third-party suppliers

Some parts of a trip may be delivered by independent transport companies, accommodation providers, ticket issuers, guides or activity operators. Their operational and safety rules may apply to the service they provide.

We select and coordinate suppliers in connection with the booked itinerary. These Terms do not exclude any responsibility that applies to us under mandatory consumer law.

Section 09

Privacy and communications

We use traveler and contact information to answer requests, manage bookings, coordinate services, process payments and provide essential trip communications. Information may be shared with suppliers when necessary to deliver the confirmed service.

Personal information is handled under applicable data protection requirements. You may contact us to ask how your information is used or to exercise an applicable data protection right.

Section 10

Website content

Website text, branding, layouts, graphics and original media may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share links for personal travel planning, but may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission from the rights holder.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit false, unlawful or harmful information.

Section 11

Responsibility and applicable law

Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by the confirmed booking and applicable law. We are not responsible for a traveler missing a service because of incorrect information, missing documents, failure to arrive on time or refusal to follow lawful safety instructions.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Peru, including the Consumer Protection and Defense Code where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right or prevents a traveler from using the competent consumer protection channels.

Section 12

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, payment methods, operating practices or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. The conditions accepted for an already confirmed booking remain subject to applicable law and the written booking record.

Section 13

For questions, changes, cancellations or concerns about a booking, contact us and include your booking reference when available.
